Cindy, sorry to hear this. If you don't keep your tires inflated to 80 psi, then the tube could be pinched when you run over little irregularities, creating a pinch flat. You may be riding over plant thorns - we have something here called goat heads that can cause punctures. A bike shop may be able to recommend some solutions, like using a product called Mr Tuffy tire liner or using a patch kit.
