which tires should i order to replace my blown ones

Carla, any 37-349 tire will work. ETX 8rs come with Innova tires and 3rs come with Kenda tires. Your choice might depend on why your tires blew - for example thorns vs lack of alignment. If your front tires blew due to lack of alignment, follow the instructions on page 19 of your ETX Owner's Manual. You can call Stilz at 775-473-9575 to ask for his recommendation on tire choice.
