I ordered the Summit ETX 8r from the NBC universal store. do you ship that item or do they ship it straight from the warehouse? It has almost been 2 weeks and i am ready to start striding

The color you ordered was out of stock when the order was placed. We shipped your unit out today, it should be arriving in 5-7 business days.
