I ordered two luggage racks and some dealer brochures.
Package came today. Invoice says two luggage racks and brochures.
Received brochures and only one luggage rack. The rack has no screws!!!
I am supposed to receive commission for selling a 3r. Still waiting on that!!
Also was told I would be put on the dealer map. Still waiting!!
As I mentioned in another post, customer service is great when you order and even finance but once you get your strider it's like the company no longer cares!!!
I love my strider and am out promoting it daily.
I wear my strider shirt and gladly stop and chat to inquisitive people.
I want to stay proud to represent Streestrider but every time I have an issue,
I get someones voice mail and it takes days for a return call if I even get one!!
