GetSatisfaction Widget

Hi! I work at Compassion International and we are implementing Getsatisfaction widgets on our website. We're having some trouble changing the tab on the widget you use from "feedback" to something we've designed. I noticed that you were able to change yours to "Ask us." Can you give some insight into how you did this?
