Today while riding, one of my front tires blew. Upon inspection, both front tires are
Worn down to cord.
I've had my strider since March and have ridden about 75-100 miles total.
Has anyone else had this problem?
IMO, they should have lasted longer than that.
They are inflated to 85 PSI,
My old ten speed bike tires never wore that bad or had to be replaced!

Your front wheels are not aligned. They must be parallel so the tires do not scrub and wear down so fast. In the manual and on our videos there are instructions showing how to align the wheels by measuring and adjusting the steering linkage rods. The distance between the leading edge of the front tires should be the same as the distance between the trailing edge of the tires to within 1/8 inch or 3 mm. Once the rods are adjusted and tightened, the wheels will stay parallel. If set properly the tries will should last hundreds if not thousands of miles.

This is absolutely not true. I have paid the bike shop on Sanibel Island to do that exact procedure and you Mr Krauss spoke to them directly. I have now gone though 2 sets of front tires and am purchasing a third, as I write this. The bike is set exactly perfect to your specifications and the second tires I purchased were the Schwalb which are puncture proof, and extremely expensive and they are totally worn out after 200 miles. The stock tires are garbage and blew out after not even 100 miles.

Even with perfect alignment, the front tires wear fast on a strider due to the side-to-side motion of the front wheels, which grinds down the tread. Two suggestions: 1) If you were using Kojaks, upgrade them to Marathons (the Kojaks do not have enough rubber) and keep them near max pressure. 2) Practice trimming your ride to as straight a path as possible by isolating your body. Any up-and-down or side-to-side motion is wasted energy, anyway, so the straighter you travel, the less effort you expend. I've been commuting on my strider for two years and have gone through a lot of tires. I just consider that the price of being able to use my whole body. :)
