Chain Stretch?
Am I correct in assuming the chain will stretch some, however I've had the StreetStrider for about 2 weeks and I've had to pull the rear wheel back twice because the chain appears looser after the previous adjustment. The hub nuts are tight as best that I can tell, so am I correct in my assumption?

My chain has fallen off twice and I have to stop and reposition it. The hub nuts seem to be tight also. Not sure what is going on with this.Comment -

Diane, you need to loosen the hub nuts and pull the rear tire back and make sure the chain is tight and then re-tighten the hub nuts.
After you do that check out your rear brake and make sure it stops precisely. The brake pads may need to be adjusted so that they align with the rim since the wheel has moved back a bit. -
