Buying a StreetStrider

Joe Hinton & myself, Becky Lane have been trying since Wed., Mar. 16th to order and take advantage of the 18 months same as cash financing. We have spoken to three sales supervisors: Rich. Ruby, and today Silvia. All they have done is to transfer us to the finance department where we have continued to leave messages to Stiles. There have been NO return phone calls back to us. To Rich, we even gave our confidential credit info:RE: DOB. Michigan drivers license number AND social secuirty number. So...what has happened to this crucial information????? Why is it so difficult to order a Street Strider? I intend to go to facebook and twitter and your review system and inform as many people as I can about the severe lack of communication between the sales department and the finance department. We have NEVER been treated in such a dIsrespectable manner.
