Awesome fun product

Striding is fun! It is very hard work, I am exhausted after only 15 minutes or so, but it's a great workout for my entire body, and all my neighbors are asking me about the Street Strider.

  • Keep on Striding and you'll see a huge difference in your appearance and the way you feel in just a few short months. It will get easier and you WILL get in much better shape. The goal is to have a symmetry and harmony between the upper and lower body. Typical workout is 60% lower body and 40% upper body and the longer you ride the stronger your core becomes as you use your body to steer. Sure beats the indoor ellipticals!
