are calls recorded for quality assurance?

customer service pls listen to your rep, female about 11:15 am on 1/21/....... just had some basic questions.......... might be her first day

    thanks for your reply......... heading down to st augustine fl next 14 days to test drive....... he i believe is a dealer and can match your prices........

    my beef is that i was asking easy questions that your girl should be able to answer..........

    for example, (if you listen to the call?) i said we live on flat ground......... any thoughts.......? She didnt really understand that too well.......?

    the guy in st augustine (also flat ground) suggested going to the 3 gear based on how much cardio/gear work you want to do.........

    So she could have had two sales (listen to the call)

    so we plan to head on down there where he will match your price, and we can save on shipping assembly....
